The Beachstadium Workout

The Beachstadium Workout

In a small group you will work under the guidance of a physiotherapist, personal trainer or guest (top) athlete with a workout in which you work on your flexibility, strength and condition. You do this with various exercises that you also know from the body pump, body balance and yoga. The groups are small, so you get a lot of personal attention. The sand and sometimes the water are an extra challenge during this workout.

This program is based specifically on the physical needs of seniors. During the lesson our skilled trainers pay constant attention to what exercises our participants can and cannot handle. From vital seniors who are still volleyball enthusiasts, to elderly people who run into minor physical constraints: everybody is more than welcome.

Small Group PT

Small Group PT

In small groups led by a personal trainer you do a full-body workout in which you work on both your strength and your fitness. Different exercises with different objects, such as kettlebells and battle ropes. The groups are relatively small, which means you get a lot of personal attention and you can make quick progress. And of course, the sand is an extra challenge in these workouts.

With BODYBALANCE you enjoy all kinds of moves that originate from yoga, tai chi and Pilates. With simple and safe yoga moves you work on improving your body strength and your flexibility. Gaining control over your breathing is part of all the movements, and the instructor always gives different options for our entry-level participants. This is a great workout for both beginners who have never done yoga before, and the more experienced yogis.

Beach Yoga

With yoga you work on the balance between your body and mind. By doing exercises you work on a better balance between these two elements. Yoga is not performance-driven, you don’t have to be super agile, but it does enhance the flexibility of your body. In every lesson you do a number of yoga poses that stimulate the blood flow in your entire body. Additionally, being on the beach helps you feel even more relaxed.

ABZee swim safe

ABZee swim safe

For children and adults (from 7 years old) who have their B, C or Supersputters swimming diploma. Safety in the sea, such as how to act in a rip current, is central to the ABZee swimming workshop. In 1 hour of theory and 1.5 hours of practice you learn new skills related to the specific behavior of the sea.
