In small groups led by a personal trainer you do a full-body workout in which you work on both your strength and your fitness. Different exercises with different objects, such as kettlebells and battle ropes. The groups are relatively small, which means you get a lot of personal attention and you can make quick progress. And of course, the sand is an extra challenge in these workouts.

The BRN workout is an effective and above all motivational body shape class, during which the choreography keeps inspiring you. During this class you use two small XCO trainers (tubes filled with grit) that enable you to burn even more calories. This lesson is a combination of a fitness training and muscle enhancing exercises, during which you use both your arms and your legs at the same time for the maximum effect.
Strong muscles in no time? XCORE stands for eXtreme CORE training and is a workout with the XCO trainer (a tube filled with grit), that lets you burn the most calories. It is the only exercise during which you build super strong abs and back muscles, and at the same time do some serious cardio training. This means your sixpack will show even faster. The workout consists of simple movements which means both men and women, children and seniors can participate.
With yoga you work on the balance between your body and mind. By doing exercises you work on a better balance between these two elements. Yoga is not performance-driven, you don’t have to be super agile, but it does enhance the flexibility of your body. In every lesson you do a number of yoga poses that stimulate the blood flow in your entire body. Additionally, being on the beach helps you feel even more relaxed.
This program is based specifically on the physical needs of seniors. During the lesson our skilled trainers pay constant attention to what exercises our participants can and cannot handle. From vital seniors who are still volleyball enthusiasts, to elderly people who run into minor physical constraints: everybody is more than welcome.
Rugby is a team sport in which you try to push the oval-shaped ball past the opponent’s goal line. During the intense but enjoyable beach training you work on your technique and your fitness in order to master the sport even further.
Tennis on the beach is played with a special bat and ball and it requires a different technique than when you play regular tennis on a tennis court. Since the sandy surface makes playing the game extra hard, you not only work on your technique, but on your fitness and strength as well.
During this full-body workout you learn the boxing techniques. Because of our small groups, each lesson can be adapted to every level. Whether you are a beginning or more experienced boxer. The sand makes it even more challenging and fun, because your feet have to adjust constantly to the ever-changing surface of the sand.
Beach Volleyball is so much more than a beloved summer sport. It is a challenging, physical and most of all fun team sport. During this training you work on your technique and you play short matches.
