In collaboration with certified sports physiotherapists, Beach Stadium The Hague has developed a special sports program for seniors. This program was developed specifically based on the physical needs of seniors. The program consists of: fall prevention, ball games (to test and work on your responsiveness), balance etc. By keeping the groups small, our trainers have sufficient room for personal attention for every participant. During the exercises our skilled trainers keep a close eye on what a participant can and cannot handle. From vital seniors who are still volleyball enthusiasts, to elderly people who run into minor physical constraints: everybody is more than welcome.
For whom? Do you still have (reasonably) good mobility and are you fit enough to do a mild workout on the beach for an hour? Then our lessons Beach Sports for Seniors are perfect for you. Every class we cover a different theme, so get ready to be surprised and join in!

The first trial lesson is Free, follow-up lessons are E 7,50 per class.
